As a construction coordinator and internal supervisor I have followed a lot of training and courses and also gained experience in the professional field. What could be better than sharing that knowledge and experience with our colleagues in Papua? To enter into a professional conversation with them and to listen to their experiences and bottlenecks. And especially to learn from their approach to things and their way of living. The way in which they shape religious education and personal development at school is also very enriching.
