The largest cost to the school is salary expenses. About 70% of the budget goes there. At the same time, it proves difficult to find development organizations or institutional donors willing to fund operational expenses. This often makes it difficult to provide the teachers with a little more financial security in an environment that already requires many other sacrifices. In this project, it is possible to bear the salary costs of one or more teachers and thus offer some security to teachers, the main capital of the school.
